Dane County Youth Connect Program
- Dane County Youth Connect is a voluntary, short-term program that provides linkage and follow-up services to youth and families following a mental health crisis. Youth Connect services will include assessment, crisis planning, skill development, parent peer services, and referral and linkage to community-based services.
